Bylaws
As in any organization, there needs to be a foundation of regulations that can be referenced and followed. The TPCA bylaws set out the purpose, objectives, procedures, and responsibilities to which the Board of Directors must adhere. The Board meets regularly on the first and third Thursday of each month. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.
