Twin Peaks Charter Academy operates under the policies of the St. Vrain Valley School District, unless a policy has been adopted by the TPCA Board of Directors and submitted to the district. 

The naming convention for policies follows the National Education Policy Network/National School Boards Association (NEPN/NSBA) guidelines.  The founders of TPCA decided to signify policies developed and adopted by Twin Peaks Charter Academy have a prefix for the policy code of "T-".  Only the Twin Peaks specific policies are listed here, for the rest of the schools policies please refer to the district website at www.stvrain.k12.co.us.
