Doug Bean - K-5 Dean of Students
Doug lives in Longmont with his wife, Tami, and their three kids, Keegan, Karson, and Jewel. When he is not at Twin Peaks he can be found at his kids' sporting events, fishing, or working at camp all summer. He was born and raised in the great state of Kansas where he attended college in Manhattan Kansas, The Little Apple.
2016-17 is his tenth year at Twin Peaks and his third as Dean of Students. He is very excited to work with such a dedicated staff, hard-working students, supportive parents, and caring community. He feels honored to be part of the team at Twin Peaks and is always excited about the successes we achieve together.
As Dean, he overlooks the facility to ensure it is at its best for learning. He also works with students to help them be at their best as well. The Six Pillars of Character (Respect, Citizenship, Fairness, Trustworthiness, Caring, and Responsibility) and partnering with families gets students pointed in the right direction while they are at school--and for the rest of their lives. His top priority is that all of our students receive a high quality education in a positive environment. Go Timberwolves!
