K-8 Student Fee
The annual student fee is collected at the time of enrollment or annual re-enrollment. It provides for personal supplies and equipment purchased by the school for student use in science, art, computer, PE, and music. It also provides for school provided consumables (required planners, special folders, paper, copies) and laminating. In addition to this fee, students will be requested to bring specific, necessary supplies for their own use in the classroom. The Student Supply lists will be available in the spring.
Student fees will be charged as follows
- $100.00 for all students (K-8) who enroll before or within the first quarter
- $75.00 for students (K-8) who enroll within the second quarter
- $50.00 for students (K-5 only, no 6-8 admissions after 2nd quarter) who enroll within the third quarter.
- There is a 50% discount on all student fee charges for students who qualify for reduced-lunch under the Federal Free and Reduced Price Meal Policy. Free/reduced lunch applications are available at the school office.
- Student fees will be waived for students qualifying for free lunch under the Federal Free and Reduced Price Meal Policy. Free/reduced lunch applications are available at the school office.
Student fees will be refunded as follows for enrollment withdrawals upon receipt of a completed withdrawal form
- Withdrawal on or before August 1: 75% refund
- Withdrawal on or before September 1: 50% refund
- Withdrawal on or before October 1: 25% refund.
Full Day Kindergarten Only
- An additional one-time fee of $50.00 per student for surplus supplies is required at time of registration. There is no discount offered on this fee for free or reduced lunch qualified students.
- A signed parent contract regarding tuition payment must be submitted to the Business Office.
- The monthly tuition rates for full day Kindergarten are listed below and are based on 10 month year. The first payment is due August 1st.
- $285 per month for 10 months
- $260 per month for 10 months for reduced-lunch qualified
- $235 per month for 10 months for free-lunch qualified
- A 5% discount is given on Kindergarten tuition if paid in full for the year by August 1.
Sixth Grade Outdoor Ed
The 6th Grade Outdoor Education field trip occurs every fall. Attendance, as for all field trips, is optional. Participating students are required to pay for all necessary costs associated with the trip, approximately $115.00 per student. There is no discount for free or reduced lunch qualified students. Please note: No classes will be held for those students not attending. More information will be provided at August, 2010 registration.
