Theater

The performing and visual arts have always been a valued part of the curriculum and culture of Twin Peaks. Our band, choir, and art programs are thriving and growing, and the theater program is no exception! In addition to the theater classes offered at the high school, an annual full-length musical production is an available extracurricular activity for students in seventh through twelfth grade. For those not interested in singing and dancing, a straight play is also an option each year. Our performance spaces are also undergoing an exciting change! The addition of new high quality sound and lighting equipment is sure to make our students feel like professionals! The Twin Peaks facility boasts a spacious and versatile Commons with a large stage. For smaller, more intimate productions, the quaint Cafetorium stage is a nice option. We are proud to offer our theater program as one option among a variety available for our students. Mrs. Freeman and Mr. Holtz are excited to meet incoming students, and would encourage them to consider getting involved. For any questions about our theater program, please contact Mrs. Freeman at freeman_amy@svvsd.org.

Athletics

Participation in athletics builds character, discipline, and collegiality. We are a proud member of the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA). Our students are invited to participate in a wide variety of athletic opportunities. We offer a quality, competitive program in every sport. Sponsored athletics include cross country, volleyball, boys soccer (fall), boys and girls basketball (winter), and track and field (spring). Fencing is also available. Students may participate in all other sports in conjunction with other district schools. We will continue to add additional teams as our student body grows to full capacity. For more information, please visit our Athletics page.
