As in any organization there needs be a foundation of regulations that can be referenced and followed. The bylaws here set out the purpose, objectives, procedures, responsibilities, for the Board of Directors to adhere to.  The board meets regularly at least the first and third Wednesday of each month and it encourages parents to attend these meetings.
