"I’m the new Special Ed Para starting this fall 2022/2023 school year. I’m married to a wonderful husband, Leo. For 10 years, I homeschooled my two children, Parker and Nina, using a classical education program. My family loves the outdoors and our favorite summer activity is camping with family and friends. Born and raised in Orange County, California, but have called Erie, CO, home for the past 20 years. I’m excited about my new role at TPCA and looking forward to working with all the staff and the kids."

Numquam Fortuna Semper Labore
(Never by chance, always by work)
Our senior motto was created by our senior class and the crest was designed by our art teacher, Ms. Cartmell. It does a wonderful job of capturing part of the philosophy of a classical education. Success is not granted by luck, but earned through hard work.
I'm proud to be a Timberwolf!

Hello Twin Peaks Families,
I could not be more excited to be returning to the classroom as a First Grade Teacher this Fall. I have taught for ten years in both the Kindergarten and First Grade classrooms. The last four years I've had the wonderful opportunity to stay home with my daughter and now the classroom is calling again. I live in Boulder with my husband Matt and three children Canton (9), Kellen (6) and Karsyn (3). I am originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma but have called Colorado home now for the last 12 years. I cannot wait to meet your children and help them grow!

Our teachers and staff have been working hard this week preparing for the new school year. We are so excited for students and families to be in the building tomorrow!

Don't forget to join us tomorrow! Tomorrow is our New Student Orientation for new families, all 6th graders, and all 9th graders from 9AM-11AM. Hot dog lunch will be served at 11AM. Open House for all returning families from will be from 1PM-3PM.

Follow the link to check out some tips, tricks, and guidance for our drop off driveline before the first day of school! Also, check out the Quick Start Guide on our website for a detailed map. We suggest you drive by the school and get the lay of the land before the first day! https://youtu.be/lrpvs56niOY

As we are preparing for the return of students, we have removed locks from all student lockers. This decision was made for student safety and for easing the stress for students during passing periods. We suggest students do not bring valuables to school, but in the event a student needs a locked location to store a cell phone or other valuables during the day, we will be providing a check-in service. Students will be able to check in valuables in the morning (near the secondary front office) and they will be stored securely until check out between 3:00PM- 3:15PM. Thank you for your support in helping us create a safer and more focused learning environment for your student!
Hello TPCA Community! Only one week left of Summer! A brief reminder, expect more frequent but shorter messages from us through our app as the school years gets closer. We have a lot of great information to share with you. One new thing to look for if you are interested is our Board of director meetings & Committee meeting agendas, minutes, and meeting dates can be found in one location. On our website under the "Our School" link, click on the "Governance" link and you will find the 22-23 BOD/Committee Agendas and Minutes Folder. Look forward to the school year! Joe Mehsling
